Yes, that’s right, they’re here. Actually, they’ve been here since Tuesday (June 13th). It’s funny because as I’m posting this I saw that Jen had started a post on Tuesday morning saying that they weren’t here yet. Little did she know that later that night they would actually be here, 2 days ahead of schedule. (I just posted her post too by the way).
I’ll cut to the chase because I want to get back to Jen and the kids at the hospital. We won’t be home until Saturday so don’t expect much more until then.
Now, the information you’ve all been waiting for. Please welcome:

Here are the pictures that we have so far. We’ve still got about 2 days in there so more will be added to the album once we return home for good.
After some minor breathing issues both babies are doing well. Avery and Alex both went to the NICU for monitoring. Avery is back with mom and dad now and Alex should be too by tonight or first thing tomorrow morning. Mom is being treated for Preeclampsia and seems to be doing much better. Her blood pressure and other indicator symptoms are almost gone and hopefully she’ll be up and about by tomorrow.
We are so happy to have our babies here finally and can’t wait to bring them home. Stay tuned for more information in the next few days.

Holy most ginormous twins!! Can you believe that they were inside you? Congratulations on the beautiful babies! You guys look great. Maybe I’m wrong, but it seems that Avery looks like Don and Alex looks like Jen. Can’t wait to see you all now that you’re a family of four.

Congrats!! glad to see/hear/read that everything ended up well. i love the big smiles while getting ready for the c-section- it’s easy to tell how excited and happy you guys are. enjoy this time and all the best wishes in the world!

Jennifer…It’s your Aunt Debbie. Your Dad called me to tell me about your delivery.I am so glad Karen shared this website so I could get a peek at you and your expanding family! Wow, this is unbelievable! Twins! It’s hard to believe you are married let alone married with TWINS! I am so happy for you guys. When your Dad called me to share the news I got chills and then I cried.
He sounded so proud. This is a very exciting time in your life, savor every minute. This is the good stuff. I know you will probably has some trying times but the children will bring you so much joy that it will be so worth it.
I didn’t realize you lived in Frederick. My husband and I ride our motorcycles to Frederick sometimes to eat crabs at May’s Seafood Restaurant, my husband knows the owners. We live in Westminister, Carroll County. I’m sure you will have lot’s of help but if you find yourself needing a break to pamper yourself, go out to dinner etc. give me a call I’ll be happy to babysit.
