Hi,
I'm a new mother of twins and have really enjoyed your website. I just wanted to say you are doing a fantastic job with pumping for your babies. I pumped for 2 months (babies in NICU 2 and 3 weeks so I never breastfed). I know how hard it is to pump and care for two babies as well as yourself, your husband, and your animals. I'm jealous of the 10 pounds under pre-pregnancy. Mine are 10 weeks and I still have 10 to lose. I too eat whatever I want - but it is not helping my matters at all. =) Formula is VERY expensive - especially when you're feeding two! Your babies are beautiful and you look great!!!!

You've done such an amazing job having nursed these TWO babies for so long. Now that I have spent so much time in Labor and Delivery, the simple fact that you breastfed at all, let alone twins and pumping and for six months is incredibly admirable (you'd be amazed at how many women still don't even try to breastfeed). From the way you talked about it earlier, it didn't sound as though you gave up on breastfeeding- you were and still are juggling twins and you had to do what you had to do to get your kids fed and a little bit of sleep for you. There are pros and cons to everything and no matter how you decide to proceed, you won't make any "wrong" choices. Alex and Avery are soooo lucky to have a mom who is so dedicated to them.
